Potato With Cheese (Peynirli Patates)
- 2 large potatoes, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, a pinch of sweet basil, 3 or 4 chopped spring onions and a tablespoon of cheddar cheese (kasar).
Peel and boil the potatoes for 20-30 minutes. Cut the boiled potatoes into slices and put into a saucepan. Add the olive oil, chopped parsley, basil and the spring onions. Put on heat and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring. Take off heat and put the mixture on a serving plate and sprinkle on the cheese.
