Keskul (Almond Custard)

Ingredients

  • Milk 3 cups
  • Egg yolk 2
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Rice Flouru ¾ cup
  • flaked almonds
  • desiccated coconut
  • gronulated vanilla
  • Granulated pistachio

Directions

Beat milk and egg yolks. Add sugar, simmer, stirring. Ýn another bowl, mix rice flour and water until thickens slightly, when milk boils, add rice flour mixture.
After 2-3 minutes boiling, add coconut, almonds and vanilla, put heat off.
Pour into four individual bowls, sprinkle pistachio, serve cold.
