Firinda Levrek (Baked Sea Bass)


  • 6 medium bass
  • 1 lemon (cut into rings)
  • 4 green peppers
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 2 medium onions (cut into rings)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • parsley, dill, salt to taste


Preheat oven to medium heat. Place bass in greased baking dish and sprinkle with salt. Place onion rings, chopped green peppers, chopped tomatoes and lemon rings over them. Sprinkle chopped parsley and dill over the top. Baked for 20 minutes until fish is cooked.
