Spaghetti With Green Beans (Fasulyeli Makarna)

Ingredients

  • 60 gr. spaghetti, 1 tablespoon canned green beans, 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1 small onion, 1 tablespoon grated white cheese (beyaz peynir), a pinch of sweet basil and 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Boil all the vegetables except the green beans in hot water for five to seven minutes. Put them in the blender and puree. Put the puree in a bowl, add the beans, olive oil and basil and mix. In a saucepan boil the spaghetti until desired softness. Drain the spaghetti, put in a serving plate, top off with puree and cheese and serve.
