Hibes (Chickpeas with garlic, cumin, sesame oil and pepper)
- 1 glass of boiled chickpeas
- On Top: 2-3 table spoonful of boiled chickpeas, 2-3 table spoonful of boiled peas, 3-4 olives
- 6 whole cloves of garlic
- 1 dessert spoonful of cumin
- 1 table spoonful of hot red pepper
- 1 teaspoonful salt
- ½ glass of sesame oil
- ½ glass of lemon juice
- ¼ glass of water
Crush the boiled chickpeas and the garlic. Mix all the other remaining ingredients. Arrange them on a plate. Decorate it with chickpeas and olives.
Note: The ingredients can be prepared in a mixer or blender.
