Yogurtlu Havuc – Carrots With Yogurt


  • 250 gm carrots
  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt


Coarsely grate the carrots. Saute in the oil with a pinch of salt for five minutes. Place in a serving dish.

Crush the garlic with a pinch of salt. Whip the yogurt and mix in the garlic.

Pour the yogurt over the carrot and serve.
