Zeytinli Ekmek – Black Olive Bread
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Black Olives — halved
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Pinch Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 3 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Small Onion — finely chopped
- 1/3 Cup Mint — finely chopped
Directions
Add all ingredients suggested by bread machine manual. Process on bread cycle.
