Turkish Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Large eggs
  • Sprinkle Powdered sugar
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup fruit jam
  • 3 cups low fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/8 cup Italian coffee syrup raspberry/orange/strawberry
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

Total preparation time: 8 mins
Serves: 8

1. Preheat oven to 425 Spray 2 9X12 (or 1 large bake dish) glass bake dishes with Pam.
2. In blender, blend until smooth, eggs, milk, flour, salt, sugar, Italian flavoring of your choice. Melt butter until bubbly, then pour batter in to baking dishes.
3. Bake 10 to 17 minutes, test at 10 for firmness. Melt a fruit jam that compliments the Italian syrup in microwave until it is liquified to drizzle on pancake.
4. Drizzle jam on top before cutting, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve on a garnished platter with ham or pork tenderloin, seasoned potatoes and let your guests enjoy.
5. Recipe can be cut in half to serve four.
