Raki Soslu Levrek (Fried fish marinated in Raki sauce)


  • 1 kg fish of choice
  • 250 ml oil
  • flour
  • salt
  • lemon
  • parsley


Turkish-Cypriot Cuisine

1. Clean and wash fish. Salt fish and rest for 10 minutes.
2. Flour fish and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
3. Remove and place on absorbent paper.
4. Arrange fish on a serving platter.
5. Place lemon wedges around fish and decorate with parsley.
