Portakalli Puding – Orange Pudding
- 4 cups (1 liter) water
- GARNISH: 2 tablespoons almonds, blanched and ground 1 tablespoon pistachio nuts, ground Place 4 cups water, orange juice, sugar, orange peels in a saucepan and boil over medium heat.
- 1 1/2 cups (375 liter) fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups (270 gr) sugar
- 1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel (optional)
- 1/4 (25 gr) cornstarch
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold water and add gradually to the boiling mixture. Continue boiling until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat, pour into individual serving bowls. Allow to cool and refrigerate before serving.,
Garnish with almonds and pistachio nuts.
