Pirasa Koftesi (Leek Meat Balls)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Leek
  • Black pepper
  • 1 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 lbs Heart of the bread
  • 2 eggs
  • Cinnemon
  • Pine nuts
  • Currants
  • Salt

Directions

Boil leek and drain it.
Saute the ground beef.
Wet the bread and squiz the water off.
Combine and run them thru grinder.
Add rest of the ingridients, shape them in to meatballs and deep fry.
