Kolay Makarna ( Easy Pasta)


  • Any kind of Pasta (Fusilli, penne or spaghetti)
  • Olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Salt, paprika, dried basil


Boil the water. Add the salt and pasta. Boil for 6-7 minute until the pasta becomes al dente. Drain well.
Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in olive oil for a minute. Add salt, paprika and dried basil.
Add also drained pasta in it and stir for one more minute on a very low heat. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
