Kasar Peynirli Kek (Kashar Cheese Cake)
- 1 packet yeast
- 1/4 litre milk sesame seeds
- 100 grams grated cheese (Kasar, Gruyere or Cantal)
- 150 grams butter
- 3 glasses flour
- 4 eggs
Beat the eggs with a wisk. Add the melted butter, grated cheese, milk. Mix well. Then stir in the flour, yeast and sesame seeds. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold. Bake in a medium oven for 45 – 50 minutes.
