Fresh Peas (Bezelye)

Ingredients

  • 1 1b. fresh peas
  • 12 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 fresh dill weed or 2 tsps dried dill weed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions

Place all ingredients in a pot. Cook over medium heat until peas are tender. (If frozen peas are used, until onions are cooked).
Serve at room temperature.
Serves 3-4.
