Filet Of Plaice With Tomatoes And Yoghurt
- 2 fresh filets of Plaice, washed and dried
- 2 tins chopped tomatoes
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic – pressed
- Oil to grease heat-resistant dish
- Cold natural yoghurt
Oven-cooked filets of plaice with chopped tomatoes and fresh yoghurt Grease a heat-resistant dish with the oil and cover the base of the dish with the filets, seasoned on both sides, and add the tomato, onion and garlic mixture. Cook the filets for 45 minutes on the middle shelf of an oven preheated to 180°. Divide the filets between two plates and serve with cold natural yoghurt.
