Biber Yemegi – Pepper Dish

Ingredients

  • 3 fresh red ad 3 green peppers
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250 gr. yogurt
  • salt to taste

Directions

Remove the seeds from the peppers and tomatoes and chop finely. Fry the chopped onion in the oil until golden, then add peppers, cook for 15 minutes. Then add tomatoes, garlic and salt, cook for 15 minutes more. Serve cold with yogurt.
