Aubergine Kebab (Patlican Kebap)


  • salt
  • 5 tomatoes,sliced
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 kg lamb fillet, diced
  • 4 aubergines,sliced
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 2 peppers


1.Melt the margarine and fry the diced fillet and copped onions.
2.Add the copped tomatoes and season to taste
3.Peel the aubergines and slice.Fry in 3tbsp margarine.
4.Spread the aubergines over a baking tray and cover with the fillet. Slice the tomatoes and peppers.
5.Garnish the kebab and bake at 150°C.Serve hot.
