- 6 carrots
- half cup of olive oil
- half cup of yogurt
- two garlic cloves
- half teaspoon of salt
1. Mash the garlic cloves, mix thoroughly with the yogurt.
2. Grate the carrots, sauté them in olive oil.
3. Add the salt and garlic yogurt to the sautéed carrots, mix thoroughly and serve cold. Garnished with minced parsley on top. Serves four.
